ORDER & SHIPPING CONFIRMATIONS

Email all confirmations and tracking #s to SUPPORT@LABVIVA.COM, and cc End User's email (if supplied).

 

IMPORTANT SHIP-TO LABEL INFO

All shipping labels must be addressed to the Recipient's company name and address, NOT to Labviva Inc. Always include the ATTN person's name & their PO#, to avoid mishipments/rejections.

TAX EXEMPTIONS

We will attach a copy of End User's sales tax exemption to orders as needed. If your company cannot accept 3rd party exemptions, please email PLATFORM_PAYABLES@LABVIVA.COM.

INVOICES

Email PDF invoices to PLATFORM_PAYABLES@LABVIVA.COM. PLEASE NOTE: the absence of emailed shipment tracking #s / on your invoices, may result in delayed accounts payable bookings.
